  1. Product Manager

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of our innovative food technology products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Technical Product Manager, a deep understanding of technology, and a proven track record of managing successful product lifecycles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our suite of FoodTech products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our product offerings.
    • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, feedback, and market demands.
    • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide the development team.
    • Work closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of product milestones.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
    • Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management within the tech industry, preferably in FoodTech or related domains.
    • We require candidates to be comfortable with shift timings that conclude at 1:00 PM EST and to be open to regular visits to Toronto, Canada as needed.
    • Proven ability to lead and drive product development initiatives from conception to successful launch.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management software
    • Passion for food, technology, and innovation.

  2. Sales Manager (Contract) - Canada

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the restaurant technology space, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

    Job Briefing:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Build and manage a sales team focused on Restaurant Technology solutions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restaurant technology space.
    • Demonstrate product demos in various food & tech events, podcast and workshops
    • Visiting multiple restaurants and creating product awareness & sales
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Preferably 2+ years of Experienced In Restaurant technology sales in GTA
    • Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

    Must Have Skills:

    Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

    • Experience in Direct Sales of Restaurant Tech
    • Excellent Customer Calling Experience
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

    Primary Skills:

    • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success in restaurant technology sales.
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
